Faithfulness, The Fruit Of The Spirit (Part 1) – Ps. George Mosena
LEAD SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 1:9 (NKJV) – God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
God is utterly faithful to His promises and His word. He never changes no matter what. We (you and I) are to be God-like. There is a blessing that comes end the end of your faithfulness.
God’s Word is His bond! He will not depart from it. Never doubt the word of God because He is faithful to His word.
God does not expect us to perform something He has not equipped you to do. God made you and equipped and empowered you to be faithful. We have got to practice being faithful. Be faithful to the spouse you chose. Faithfulness should not be affected by your surroundings, be faithful anyhow.
God remains faithful to us even when we are faithless!
Faithfulness: (def) firmly adhering to duty, being loyal, being constant in the performance of duty. Exact in attending to what an authority has instructed to do.
You have to be faithful in serving. If you have raised your hand to serve in a ministry, do it with all your might. Do not let familiarity get in the way of your faithfulness.
Synonyms: Constant, dedicated, devout, staunch, loyal, steadfast, ….
We have top be faithful to our promises if we must please God!
